Who we are
Come Along is run by Caden Williamson, a sole trader in Melbourne. You can contact us at hello@comealong.com.au or on 0423 756 542. ABN 64 244 650 801.
What we collect
- If you join the waitlist: who it’s for (you, someone you care for, or your clients), your name, suburb, email address and, if you choose, a phone number.
- If you run a class: your name, business or group name, email address, the suburb where it runs, what you run and, if you choose, a phone number.
- The link you came from, if it had a tag on it (for example a link we shared in a Facebook group), so we know which places to share Come Along.
We don’t ask for health information, NDIS numbers or plan details, and we’d rather you didn’t send them.
Why we collect it
- To tell you about Come Along as it gets closer to opening.
- To contact activity hosts about listing their classes, including by phone if they gave a number.
- To report anonymous totals, such as “120 families joined”, to funders and partners. We never name anyone without asking first.
Who sees it
Only Come Along. We don’t sell your details, and we don’t share them with hosts or anyone else.
Only Caden can see the sign-up list. It’s kept in password-protected accounts.
Where it’s stored
With Netlify, the service that hosts this website, and in a private Google Sheet. Netlify and Google may store it outside Australia, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after Come Along opens, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing us.
Complaints
Contact us first and we’ll sort it out. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
