We check each host’s insurance and worker checks, and visit, before they go live.

We’ll get back to you within a week to talk about listing your class.
Yes. It’s always free for participants, older people, families, carers, support workers and coordinators.
The NDIS doesn’t pay ordinary class fees, entry or memberships, so you pay those to the host like anyone else. Your plan may pay for the support around an activity, such as a support worker coming with you, or an NDIS group program run by a disability provider, which invoices your plan manager. Come Along never handles NDIS funds or any of your money.
Yes, wherever the host welcomes them, and every listing will say so up front, including whether they get in free (for example with a Companion Card).
Before anyone is listed, we check their insurance and worker checks, they agree to our host code of conduct (based on the NDIS Code of Conduct), and we visit in person to confirm the access details.
Only Come Along sees them. We don’t sell them or pass them to hosts. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete them any time. Read the privacy notice.
Nothing while we start out. After that, businesses pay a flat monthly fee, the same whether or not anyone books, and community groups like men’s sheds stay free. It’s never added to anyone’s invoice, and we’ll confirm the amount before you’re charged.
No. Most classes, clubs and men’s sheds aren’t NDIS providers, and that’s fine. We check your insurance and worker checks and visit before you’re listed.
Directly, the way you are now. People pay class fees to you, and NDIS group programs invoice the plan manager as usual. No payments go through Come Along.
No. Classes will be shown by distance, time, access and open spots, never by anything a host pays.
